Takata recal trouble changing brake on braking and steering n suspension

Honda cr-v 1999 doesn't shift into 2 gear or 3rd like it use to. serpentine belts go out quick. the a/c isn't cool or cool enough and it's been checked. the 'd' drive symbol doesn't appear anymore like a fuse blew out or something. at times it'll appear as though my e brake is on when it's not. when the a/c is on, the vehicle rattles and or jumps like it wants to shut off. i believe it's a wiring issue as well.
