Problems with 2005 Honda Civic EQUIPMENT

Srs internal unit failure at 79k miles. car is 2005 honda civic and according to google searches and civic forums this is a known problem with honda vehicles (not just civics) and honda quotes a $800+ price to repair rather than standing by their vehicles. with the srs light on, the airbags do not work, car cannot by smogged, and is a serious hazard to the drive and occupants until the expensive repair is made. called honda customer service and was told they would not lessen the cost, nor help cover the repair in any way.

Engine dtc p0122, (low-volts on the tps). it started to set on my 2005 civic dx. if there is a problem with this engine then publish it for heavens sakes ! *cn

My mom just bought me a 2005 honda civic about 6 weeks. my a/c was not blowing out cold air so it was taken to the honda dealer ship and i found out that a pebble had hit the a/c condenser causing a leak. and its not covered under warranty. it is going to cost me about 700 dollars. its a design flaw. i was researching on line about this happening to anyone else and there are alot. honda should cover the cost of a new a/c condenser because of there design flaw. *tr

The air conditioning (a/c) in the 2005 honda civic vp stopped working. when i went to the honda dealership i was told that the a/c condenser in the car had a pin hole caused by a rock. i was also informed that although the part was covered by warranty it was voided by the rock. the dealership has quoted the repairs at $813.00. the car was only 2 years old. *ak

At 1:30 pm pst on 17 february 2006, i was driving at approx. 70 mph on california state route 73 northbound, a freeway. the car was in drive and operating normally. i used the right turn signal to change lanes, but as i pushed the lever, another car already in the lane honked at me and i was upset. then suddenly, without the key moving, the car spontaneously shut itself completely off. the console went dark, and then engine first went from drive to neutral, and then ground to a halt, spontaneously. the key didn't move. *nm
