While on the beltway, out of the blue, my car accelerated by itself (the accelerator left my foot & the cruise control was not activated at the time), and the brakes did not want to operate to slow the car down---very frightening! *ak

Consumer stated that while pulling into a parking space the car just accelerated fast, jumped the curb and hit a pole. consumer also stated that they tried hitting the brakes and they wouldn't work. car had to be towed to a mechanic. comsu *akmer contacted the dealer and they are aware of the incident.

Brake failed, vehicle wen tout of control, resulting in accident/injury. *ak
