I was involved in a collision where my vehicle ended up in a ditch and hit a cement culvert head on. the steering wheel airbag didn't deploy. all airbags along the sides of the vehicle did, but neither front were activated. although i didn't have a passenger in the vehicle, there were other items in the seat that were quite heavy.
