The pigtails on the rear window keep coming off, this is a poor engineering for the rear defroster. i have went to a dealership several times to have these put back on and they are telling me i need to replace the whole rear glass and i have to pay out of pocket. i did nothing to make them come off, and i feel this is a safety issue. i can not use it to defog my rear glass and to help melt the snow and ice when needed. i noticed the pigtails were off when i was driving and they were swinging around in my rear view mirror. going to give a estimate on when this happened initially, has been going and now dealership will no longer fix.
