I just bought this vehicle from community ford in indiana. i got up underneath the vehicle and found the frame is severely rusted and cracked at the factory installed frame hitch mount points. as if the tongue weight to a trailer was over the rated limit. i have read several posts on forums dealing with this issue and it seems to be a common issue in 2500hd trucks of this year and 2005.i have also noticed my rear crossmember is severely corroded along with other parts of the frame. *tr
