Vehicle moving on hard surface. steering turned to limit and abruptly, wheel is "whipped" back away from limit. the action is so severe, it whipped out of my hands and i tracked to the opposing lane. this happened again in a parking lot when i was lining up in a parking slot. gm service bulletin: #pit5405a recommends fixes. gm needs to be proactive on this or someone could become injured or worse.
