Nothing but this has been nothing but trouble since i bought for that dealership. guy from todd wenzel grand rapids michigan. i had just back into the shop several times they will not do anything about it she's just used to going ever since i bought this car and your is something wrong with the engine itself it cuts out car smells like something burning i do not feel safe in this car and i still owe on it i like to report todd wenzel buick to the better business bureau they're lousy people thank you also sent all this information gmc and have not got anywhere
Tl* the contact owns a 2004 gmc envoy. the contact stated that after parking, the vehicle rear suspension dropped. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was stated that the rear suspension system needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. the approximate failure mileage was unknown.
dt: the consumer complained about a power steering problems. there was a constant squeak in the steering even while the vehicle was parked. she said there was a popping noise while turning right or left. the consumer also heard the popping noise while going over speed bumps. the squeaking noise began as soon as the vehicle started. the service dealer replaced the power steering belt, power steering gear, a link and bushing, and the drive belt. also, the dealer adjusted the power steering pulley. this did not remedy the problem, so they replaced the entire power steering pump. however, the problem recurred. the dealer thought it may have been something in the front suspension, so they replaced two stabilizer links. this still did not remedy the problem. *ak updated 11/29/05. *jb
My 2004 gmc envoy slid into a curb and rolled on its side. i believe that the accident was caused by ball joint failure. i could not get any assistance in the investigation, but i know that the accident was caused by mechanical failure and have pictures and witnesses for this accident. the vehicle was totaled as a result of this accident. this vehicle was purchased new and never had any repairs or work done on the drivers side front wheel. it was a 2004 model with around 20000 miles. i would any information that you can provide and would also like to go on the record with this complaint against gmac. i would hope to keep someone from losing their life due to this mechanical problem. the loss due to this accident was over 30,000 dollars. *jb
