I can feel a "popping" in my hands through the steering wheel when turning the wheel one or two degrees left or right. this happens when standing at a light (foot on brake), in park, moving less than 10mph, and even with the car off. the popping can also be felt below the stalks on the steering column. there is also a popping sound or "click" that is most easily heard when the car is off. it feels like the steering wheel is "catching something" in the first 1 or two degrees of movement before the wheels turn. the problem started after about 4,400 miles, in january of 2020. i have three videos of the issue so far. hyundai genesis refuse to fix it, as their techs cannot diagnose what is causing the popping feeling and noise.
