Traction control system (tcs) has caused vehicle to stop in traffic while driving up steep grade in snow or wet/muddy road. unable to recover traction and no method to turn off tcs. veh must be backed off hill in neutral. veh now sitting on side of road, waiting for spring sun to recover. *tr
