I have experienced problems with my taurus for three years beginning with the bad brake system, leaking moon roof, and now the trottal sensor performance system. the brake started with cable not releasing with the brakes are applied causing a rubbing noise which avis ford still claiming they can't see or hear anything, next, the roof leak and replacing of the noisy air condition system that was replace and still has some knocking when the system is turned on. third the car was required by the dealer to go through a computer upgrade with has cause the car to have performance issues. my car is at the dealership today for not execellarating. i was driving on saturday with my two grandchildren under 4 years old and my car stop working, leaving me stranded with the children. the rpm lost power and the car would not drive, although the gears were working. i have always been a ford owner, but with the multiple issues i have had with my taurus, my desire is to go with another company and bid ford farewell forever. each time i take my car back to the dealership they continue to tell me that the issues are normal wear for the 2010 taurus with the mileage of 88000 miles. i have been having issues with my car since before 36000 miles and the issues keep adding. ford motor company should be responsible for the products they design and put on the road. i have seen other taurus car that have not had half the issues my car has experienced over the past 5 years. ford needs to buy my car back and replace it with a more reliable vehicle that does not have a million issues. my car has regular scheduled maintenance and still has issue after issue, that avis will not resume the responsibility to just creating a bad vehicle. this is my last ford car, i will by elsewhere moving forward. i am a disappointed ford customer, and i am not happy with ford service.
Recall notice on door handles recall dated mar 20,2015 15vs02 have been on back order since april 4 2015. is there a time limit on how long they can take to furnish dealers with replace parts and do the repair worik? over six months is too long
Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford taurus. the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v040000 (structure), the vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that one of the two handles had been ordered. the dealer was unable to get the second handle for months due to the part being on a national back order. the contact called the dealer for several months and was unable to get the second handle. the dealer did not give a specific date for when the part would become available. the manufacturer could not provide an estimated date for when the contact's vehicle would receive the recall repair. the contact was not experiencing a failure. parts distribution disconnect.

We brought a 210 ford taurus and the head rest are to high and is causing my head to tilt forward. it is causing my neck to hurt and i'm getting headaches. i truly hate to get in it. knowing that it's going to hurt my neck. the headrest need to be adjusted back some. *tr
Purchased 2010 taurus limited in fall 2009. within 900 miles, bliss system reported "bliss not available - sensor blocked see manual" after dozens of trips to 3 dealers during the course of 11 months and nearly 14,000 miles driven, purchase refunded by ford under pa lemonlaw. very disappointed in ford. *tr
