Tail light recall: took vehicle to grapevine ford in grapevine tx and they said they had done the work. looking at the database it still shows no repaired. unsure what to do about it.
Back seat back rest doesn't lock into place
I was driving my vehicle and trying to stop to avoid a collision. the system indicated collision detection was engaged; however, the brakes would not stop and there was a wreck.
