Problems with 2000 Ford Focus AIR BAGS

I received severe 2nd degree burns to my left arm and hand when my steering wheel airbag deployed during a 35 mph collision in which my front right struck another vehicle turning in front of me in his rear right. *ak

Consumer rented car from budget rent-a-car. while driving driver's air bag deployed. *ak

While turning at a corner about 15 mph another vehicle came out of a lot, stricking consumer's vehicle on the right front. upon impact, both air bags deployed violently and burned consumer hand. consumer was taking to hospital. *ak

I got an an accident with my 2000 ford focus, and the air bag severely burned my wrists.

The front left wheel snapped off prior to recall notice 00v-303 causing the vehicle to rollover 3-5 times finally landing upside down facing oncomming traffic, the driver suffered no injuries, although the front of the vehicle was impacted the air bag failed to deploy. nlm

While driving at about 20 mph consumer rear ended another vehicle, and both airbags deployed. however, consumer felt like airbags went off at a very low speed. passenger's side airbag shattered front windshield, and there was glass everywhere. consumer felt that if on highway and window busted, glass could easily get into consumer's eye. *ak

While attempting to back into a parking space the vehicle experienced sudden acceleration and hit a tree, there was no deployment of the air bags, the consumer sustained muscle strains. nlm

Consumer was in an accident with another vehicle. while traveling about 55mph another vehicle slammed into consumer's vehicle, and it skidded into a lamp pole. upon impact, divers/passenger's air bags failed to deploy. there were injuries. *ak

Traveling 5-10mph when air bags went off before i hit other car. caused 2nd and 3rd degree burnes to both people with no damage to out side of car. *ak

Consumer was traveling about 5 mph inside of a parking lot and hit a bump, airbags went off and busted the windshield. consumer sustained facial burns. *ak

Airbag light stayed on. took vehicle to dealer and they said module had not come in, and that they would contact consumer. while driving at 35 mph, consumer hit a tree head-on, and airbags didn't deploy. consumer's module still has not come in. *ak

Faulty air bag deployment

I bought the car in june of 2000 since this time the car has had a number of recalls on the car. i feel that the people that bought the 2000 model of this car should not be liable to pay the amount the contact was signed. due to the fact that at the time the car was bought, the people that bought the car didn't know that most of the car's life would be in the shop being fixed. also ford knew that the focus was prone to this happening.

While driving at 40 mph hit a bump in the street, driver's side and passenger's side airbags came out and broke the window. *ak

Low speed mva, 5-10 mph, no rear damage to veh. ford rearended, air bags should not have deployed. *ak

Consumer states airbag light has been on since purchase of vehicle, dealer never repaired it.*jb *yh

While driving aproximately 25 mph had a frontal impact with another vehicle,and driver's/passenger's airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupants in this crash. please provide further information. *ak
