When consumer applied the emergency brake it would not hold. as a result the vehicle rolled backwards damaging the tailgate. dealership inspected vehicle several times, but problem was not resolved. *ak *nm
Vehicle was parked on an incline with emergency brake on. engine was not running. after 10 minutes a small child stepped out of the vehicle attempting to exit vehicle when it suddenly started rolling backwards, and ran over the child. consumer vehicle was towed to a body shop. please provide any further information.*ak
