The right rear seat belt has never worked. it has been locked since i bought the vehicle. i found out about it a few weeks afte i purchased the vehicle when my great granddaughter got in the back seat and it didn't work. i took it back to the dealer and they told me they would order a new one. that was several weeks ago and i haven't heard anything from them, so i called them this morning because i want to make a trip next week and people will be in my back seat. they acted like they didn't know what i was talking about. i always talk with the same two people.
