While on a 2 1/2 hr trip on the highway, the heater in the driver's seat got so hot i have second degree burns on my upper leg and buttock. so far, it has required to visits to my doctor for treatment. the manager at the dealer where i purchased the vehicle tells me he has never heard of a heater getting that hot, and does not believe that is how i was burned. they said they can't find anything wrong with it and they will not do anything to ensure it does not happen again.
