Tire sidewall failure cooper tire 245/60r18 discoverer srx, 35,000 miles approx. decelerated from 70mph to 30mph coming into town and tire sidewall blew out with no road hazzard. 2014 ford edge limited. replaced tires immediately 11/13/2019. did not know about recall of certain cooper tires until after tires replaced. tires replaced at tires 1, 3325 s 38th st, grand forks, nd 58201, 7017573000 i did not obtain dot # from tire. i have picture of failure.
