Possible passenger seat belt fire in unoccupied parked vehicle. this van was in business parking lot unoccupied when a vehicle fire occurred that appears to originate from the passenger side seat belt lock (pictured attached). the host company also has video footage showing the vehicle on camera where you can see the windows turn from clear to black.
