Arm rest snapped apart while driver was adjusting seating position with elbow on the arm rest. there is a now sharp metal bar protruding from the plastic into the driver elbow area. chrysler/fiat dealership said this defect was not covered under warranty and would cost $182 to repair. this seems like a minor safety issue that should definitely be covered under the fiat warranty.
