Problems with 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY

I have the same problem that many other dodge ram owners have. the air conditioning/heater plenum doors fail and you can not use the defrost or the floor vents. this is a faulty product and a safety concern to many.please help
