Diesel fuel tank strap broke
i was driving south on interstate 5 california the truck just died on the highway. i was stuck in 105 degree heat for 2 hours before the tow truck got there. i had no water and i am a cancer survivor. i have been extremely ill ever since. very tired and i have no appetite. 4,200 hundred truck repair bill. i had to pay because i have no other transportation. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2001 dodge ram 2500 hybrid. the contact stated that the water and fuel warning light illumined on the instrument panel. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the fuel tank needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was not included on any recalls. the failure mileage was 158,000 and the current mileage was 161,000.
