The dashboard in this vehicle has been cracked and broken since 2004. it continues to break and chip causing pieces of sharp plastic to fall inside the inner dash area. when driving at night and attempting to change from low beam, to high beam, the lights will go out and will not be operational. you have to continuously flip the high beam switch multiple times to get the lights to come back on. this did not start until the dash cracked and plastic pieces fell inside the dash. both of these issues continue to this date. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2001 dodge ram 2500 pick up. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds the window fogged up and contact was unable to defrost the window causing his visibility to be blocked. the contac mentioned that the air conditioner only worked on the bottom vents. the failure recurred four times. the vehicle was taken to dealer who diagnose that the link for the blend air door fracture. as a result, the a/c heater blend door needed to be replaced. also, the dashboard developed a cracked which was cause by the repairs done. the manufacturer was made aware who did not offer any assistance. the failure mileage was 12,000 and the current mileage was 38,000.
