Backup camera is extremely fuzzy and i can hardly see out of it!!
When to use second row center seatbelt for child restraint on car seat. noticed the mechanical lock from extension of the belt did not lock and if were to get in wreck would not function as the safety device should. did a questioning of other similar vehicle owners and all have the same issue.this is when the vehicle is sitting still. second problem is motor mounts when vehicle is parked on any incline surface even slight incline of jerking violently from park to any gear and back to park. many other individuals also questioned have had similar issues and negative fixes or resolutions from dealerships repair personnel. this is from park to motion and vice versa.
I was at the stop sign at the top of my hill. i accelerated and my purse fell forward and knocked my shifter into reverse at 5 mph. i was on a public road. another time, my daughter reached for the plug to plug in her charger and accidentally knock the gear shifter into reverse from drive. we were stopped at a stop light.
Kumho tires on my 2018 dodge journey is deteriorating and chunks of tire are coming off. tie size are 225/65r17
My car started off with the engine light coming on and then soon after, as i slowed down and turned, my engine shut off, i lost all power steering, and the battery remained on. this has happened since many times and is completely random. (doesn't matter if i just started the car, i've been driving for 20 minutes, warm weather / cold weather, it just happens when it happens.) more recently, the tcs (traction control system) will turn on randomly. (i have footage of the road being 100% clear while this is on in my car.) it will not shut off once it turns on. it makes it so i can't speed up hardly at all which of course hasn't had the best outcomes on the highway. and along with that, if i'm driving and take my foot off the gas, the sputters quickly for a moment and jerks the car down as if the brakes lock for a moment. lastly, the car recently made clicking noises and i'm having trouble with the gas filling up. (it says it's full when it's clearly not) i've taken my vehicle in before and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. i had to cancel a recent appointment due to the flooding in iowa but i'm afraid there is something far worse that they wont be able to fix, like last time. i'm sure this is a great vehicle, but i got a lemon for sure. there's currently 8,155 miles on the vehicle and i bought it new as of 10/01/2018. clearly something is very wrong with the vehicle.
While driving on the highway in my brand new dodge journey that was purchased less than 2 weeks ago, all the vehicles came to a stop and were stationary. my car included was stationary or stopped. while waiting for traffic to go, my foot was on the brake when my car suddenly accelerated (was in motion) and started to move forward. my foot was still on the brake when this occurred. i continued to push down the brake as hard as i could and pump the brake to make the car stop but it felt like the brake pedal would not go down. my brakes did not work and the vehicle in front on me ended up stopping my car. i pulled over to the left shoulder of the highway as much as i could and put my car in park and called highway patrol. *dt*jb
When in reverse on a upward slant or street or a hill the car will go go foward as if driving in drive position until you step on brake very heavily and quickly press hard flooring the gas pedal and excelliarator fast. when pressing brake on a hill and on flat surface if u dont keep full pressure on brake car will roll back
I thought this vehicle came with a back up camera? i though it was mandatory that all vehicles sold after may 2018 will have a back up camera installed.
The vehicle has difficulty going up hill. when decrease speed or stops and you want to step up the gas, it takes a long while. sometime it shakes when you power on. the computer freezes. lots of hesitation to go or sometimes it was to keep going when you are at a stop.
Purchased this vehicle 7/13/2018 and it is not equipped with a backup camera. dodge is also advertising that this is standard equipment on the vehicle. they also did not disclose that the vehicle was not equipped. as far as i know all vehicles are to be equipped by may 1, 2018. this was purchased from peacock in brunswick, ga
