Tl* the contact owns a 2017 dodge journey. upon inspection, the contact noticed that the rear window was shattered as if there was forced entry or an individual had broken the glass. the dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the failure mileage was approximately 50.

Nothing has happened yet rear window wipers don't completely go all the way causing a blindspot when you look out it. driver cannot see passager side in rear window.
