My headrest deployed on its own. i woke up in the morning went out to the car to go to the store and the headrest on the passenger side has deployed making it pop out from the back piece. the car was parked in the driveway and no one was in the car when it happened.
While drive the headrest just deployed. threw my boyfriends head forwarded. no bumps or accidents it just pop apart and threw him forward.
After being rear ended at a stopped position and pushed into another stopped vehicle in front, thus causing a double collision, the driver seat headrest completely ejected from driver seat. driver seat adjustment bar caused deep tissue damage to legs. third row seat split and separated seat surface from back support. incident took place at a redlight for a left-turn lane from the highway to an intersecting road. vehicle was struck by a minivan still maintaining full highway speed of at least 55 mph. images are available upon request.
