Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge journey. the contact stated that the vehicle had not experienced a failure until it was repaired by crown chrysler dodge jeep ram greensboro (3710 w wendover ave, greensboro, nc 27407, (336) 790-9850). the dealer indicated that they made a provision of servicing the vehicle for a manufacturer service campaign regarding the suspension, and they replaced the lower control arm. the repair failed to provide a solution; therefore, the dealer stated that the steering boot may be faulty. the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the front driver side wheel and the suspension was very unstable when driving. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer more than three, but no remedy was provided. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 60,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge journey. while operating the vehicle, the abs and traction control indicators remained illuminated. also, the cruise control stopped operating. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the front passenger side wheel bearing sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. the sensor was replaced and the failure was remedied; however, the failure recurred approximately one year later. the manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 39,000.

When you drive the car accelerate and when you break the car gos side by side and the back passenger side wheel makes a load noise like its losse this happen after the first recall

My new car "jumps" when it hits a bump going around 40-60 mph. it feels like it lifts up into the air and it comes down in another place, fairly close but different.i suspect the frame is warpedbecause of an accident but perhaps it is the alignment?

While driving my 2016 dodge journey 12mph, the car jerked to the left causing me to hit a cement light pole. i was in a roundabout turning to bring my child to school when this happened. no injuries.
