Tl* the contact owns a 2010 dodge journey. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the engine loss power and stalled. additionally, the contact stated that the brakes and rotors required replacement approximately every two months. the contact stated that the failure occurred three times or more per week. the vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the ignition switch needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was unknown.
I am experiencing premature brake wear with my 2010 dodge journey that was purchased brand new. this will be the second time i have had to have the breaks replaced due to faulty break replacement, however, they are wanting me to pay a deductible which i should not have to pay for faulty brake work. *tr
