Problems with 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SERVICE BRAKES

The brake switches on these vehicles may malfunction, keeping the brake lights illuminated. this is the same warning in the recall for 2017 dodge caravans, yet my vin is not included in the recall, and chrysler is refusing to fix. the current recall says " chrysler (fca us llc) is recalling certain 2017 dodge caravan and jeep wrangler vehicles. the brake switches on these vehicles may malfunction, keeping the brake lights illuminated and/or allowing the vehicle to be shifted out of the park position without the brake pedal being pushed."

I was driving down a main road all the lights came on in my dash car started beeping, radio came on, windshield whippers came on at high speed, ac came on, lost the ability to steer vehicle or brake with mileage screen switching to different options within that screen. car been at dealer since the day after still do not have vehicle back or a diagnosis of what or why vehicle went into this state.

Vehicle purchased used 3/3/19, supposedly with no problems with brake system. two months later rear brakes are grinding away at rotors, calipers are getting stuck, and there was a fire on driver's side rear brakes.

I bought 2017 dodge grand caravan. now, the car has 34,940 miles. when i pus the brake when the car speed above 40 miles/hour, the car vibrates. i think the rotor is warped. it is dangerous on the highway because this problem. talked to dodge dealership and called dodge customer care. they both told me it is not covered by the 36month/36,000mile warranty. searched on the internet, a lot of owner complained the brake problem about dodge grand caravan. experienced mechanics indicated this is a design issue. dodge doesn't have a good enough brake for this car. this problem exists for many years and dodge still unwilling to redesign or cover this design flaw. dodge should provide special warranty to cover this design flaw and it is a great safety issue nhtsa take the leadership to ask dodge fix this common problem related to their design.
