Seat belt does not click in and does not stay. it pops out at times. with seatbelt clicked in the van sometimes think that the drive is not buckled in so the worsening light flashes and makes sounds
After going sideways into a very steep ditch, both driver and passenger front side airbag charges went off, but neither airbag deployed. the seat belt locked so tight that i couldn't reach the door handle or window switch, or unbuckle the seat belt to exit the vehicle.
