I received a safety recall letter for rear quarter vent window switch, may get overheated and have fire so took it to the sherman dodge they disconnected the switch and told they let me know when the parts arrive, its been almost 5 months they have not called and when i call they say the parts are not there. *tr

My vehicle was parked in my driveway about 50 feet away from the road at apprx 11:00 am 5/3/2014 when me and my husband heard a pop looked outside to see that my rear windshield exploded. my side vents where both open on the vehicle and it was not driven since 5/2/2014 at 12:30 pm. then was parked from there on. police came by and saw no foul play. *tr
