We have classified the 138 complaints from 1999 Dodge Durango about ELECTRICAL SYSTEM into the following categories.
I have a 1999 dodge durango with electrical problems. the abs lights turn on check engine and break. the suv turns off also kills my battery checked alternator checked electrical terminals, changed speed sensors. i spent thousands on the truck and it is pissing me off. *tr
Truck shuts off and looses all power when the computer gets too hot. either driving 70 mph on freeway or just idling very unsafe when you loose all power and cant stop or steer. truck will not start till the ecm cools off then will happen 10 minutes down the road again. *tr
I have a 1999 dodge durango and as almost everyone else my pcm failed and the second one is failing now just one year later! dodge dealers here all knew about the problem so one would assume dodge knows. the placement of the pcm on the passenger front fender gathers exes heat off the manifold which causes it to fail. this problem not only cost way to much to repair, it is a dangerous situation, while driving when the pcm fails the vehicle shuts off dead. a loss of power steering and breaks is a terrifying experience on a vehicle that is as large as this one. with all the complaints filled on this vehicle something need done! *tr
Back in the summer of 2008 i was having issues with my 1999 dodge durango shutting off for no reason. i did some online searching and found the pcm,ecm unit was over heating, after cooling it with an ice pack for 5 minutes the car would start again. after 3 months i finally bought i rebuilt pcm on ebay, they programmed the unit for my car and it ran better then ever. well today 6/4/2010 don't you know it did it again but this time the unit is completely dead, i still have the old unit and popped that in and wow it started. we need to fight dodge on this to relocate the pcm on the firewall near the battery where it stays cool. all the heat from the engine is blown to that side of the car causing this issue. how to do we get dodge to fix this like others have said someone will get hurt and i hate to trash a car with only 74,000 miles on it. *tr
Owner of dodge durango 2 weeks ago my car stopped all of a sudden on the highway, i waited at least 15 minutes thereafter car started again. truck allowed me to make close to my home, before stopping again. although this time i waited 30 minutes before vehicle would started again. i finally arrived home parked the vehicle in the driveway. next morning truck started but could not make it out of my driveway, it continue to shut down. i decided to have it towed. repair station installed fuel pump, partial injection cleaning and idle, i drove the truck for 1 hour parked in the driveway, woke up next morning truck would not start, few minutes later started up again, i took truck to repair shop but they were unable to id any problems.thereafter, truck stopped again, i decided to tow to dealership whom replaced crankshaft sensor, tune up and full injection cleaning for 950.00 but truck still continues to stop, now dealer tech has stated pcm needs to be replaced which will cost 800.00 this is totally insane, based on all the $ spend, it could have been a down payment on another truck. dodge daimler chrysler should be held responsible for all repairs and through investigation, especially since no one can identify root cause, also not to mention occurrences are jeopardizing people lives due to the vehicles continues to cease working at any given time. *tr
I have a 1999 dodge durango 5.9l v8 with 173,000 miles on it. i bought it from a private seller and two weeks later i was driving down the road and the car just stalls and reads no bus on speed odometer , then i found out if i wiggle the left black computer plug for a few min it starts back up like nothing happened. then i searched google and found pages and pages about this problem stalling. i had the car for two months now and took it to the shop and no one can find how to fix this problem. *tr
My 1999 dodge durango turns off anytime the temperature gets above 85f. this happens in stop and go traffic and even driving at 70 mph. when this happens you loose all control of the car. i have replaced the pcm but it still keeps happening. one day someone will rear end me and my children. *tr
The dodge durango 1999, stalls completely with no warning or reason. after a brief period of time (5 minutes) it runs again. there is no apparent problem when scanned or is serviced. the imminent danger is that when it stalls everything locks and if you are driving on a highway it is potential risk to the driver and the passengers. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 1999 dodge durango. the contact stated while driving at speeds of 45 mph, the vehicle began to idle roughly. the warning gauges began to fluctuate sporadically and the vehicle then stalled. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to duplicate the failure but advised the malfunction may have potentially been caused by a computer malfunction. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 167,000.
Engine cuts off when cpu gets hot, you can wait a few minutes & engine will start & other times not. a lot of people online have had this same problem. most of them have to get a new cpu, but looks like the problem will come back. the computer gets very very hot where it is located under the hood. *tr
1999 dodge durango 5. 2 shut down without warning. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 1999 dodge durango. the contact stated that the vehicle stalled without warning. the contact had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic who changed the distributor camp, wires, fuses and the crank sensor yet the failure recurred shortly after repairs. the contact stated that the mechanic advised that the computers were failing. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer for further inspection or repairs. the failure mileage was 147,000 and current mileage was 155,000.
1999 dodge durango completely shuts down without warning. this seems to happen when the vehicle has warmed up. we replaced the crank position sensor, still the same problem. research and diagnostics point to the pcm module. there are 94 other complains at the following site: http://www.carcomplaints.com/dodge/durango/1999/electrical/vehicle_shuts_down_without_warning.shtml this is a huge safety issue, the truck completely shuts down, if this is not addressed someone is going to get seriously injured or killed, i am afraid to put my children in this vehicle now. its impossible to predict when it will happen, at 55 on the highway it could be a life and death situation. please do the research on this problem, this should be a recall, someone is going to get hurt, just from the brief amount of time i have researched i have found an abundance of complaints for the same problem. *tr
I have a dodge durango 1999 it keeps on dying for no reason sometimes it starts back up in 15 minutes or so but there are times when it doesn't start at all until the next day, i change the gs pump three different sensors more than once each took it to different shops they always change the same things it shows that is on empty (no gas) when it does have gas it also shows the no bus light im frustrate it i i've spend so much money on it and i depend on it to get me and my 7 month old baby around the problem started about 6 months ago please help. dodge really needs to do something about this because this is a big problem that hasn't happened to one or two people there are hundreds out there plus the ones that haven't said anything. *tr
I purchased a 1999 dodge durango and the vehicle shuts off when driving without notice. it is unsafe and dangerous. this happens everytime the vehicle is driven. i have invested thousands of dollars to fix and not even the dealer can fix. i have replaced the pcm, sensors, fuel pump to no avail. the vehicle is just sitting in my driveway, i cant do anything with it. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 1999 dodge durango. while driving at night between 45-50 mph the headlights failed without warning. he activated the high beam headlights and continued operation. no repairs were made. the failure and current mileages were 100,000. updated 01/15/10.*lj the consumer stated the headlights would not work unless he moved the tilt steering when first starting the vehicle. the dealer found a wire burnt at the multi-function switch connector. updated 01/19/10
Same problem as hundreds of others, 1999 durango shuts off, has been doing it for about 1 month now. no particular rhyme or reason as to when it is going to happen, as it will do it while sitting still or going 55 mph. getting the no bus reading in odometer, usually restarts within several minutes. i can not let my wife or teenage son drive this vehicle. have replaced battery cables, disconnected electrical connections going into ecm and cleaned, and made sure same connections are tight. will probably end up replacing ecm, but not too confident about the outcome. now that winter is coming, this may get scary !!! *tr
I have a 1999 dodge durango and i have done research over the vehicle and alot of people are having the same problem it randomly shuts off in the middle of the road and is very very dangerous mine shuts of no less then 7 times from home to the store which is right down the road and i have to drive it i have nothing else and i cant afford to pay hundreds of dollars to have it fix i feel many more people are in the same shape as me and i feel that this is an issue the needs to be addressed immediately for instance earlier today i went to the store and it shut off at a stop sign and i tried to move it out of the road and it was to heavy for me to push until one man came to help me and its the same problem at red lights and much more normal people are always being harassed about no insurance,a light being out and another thing that can be fixed easily and yet when a vehicle shuts off in the road all the police can say is move it or we will tow it its kind of hard to move it when i will not start so please investigate this problem for the safety of myself and others thank you for your time. *tr
Component: electrical system details: i own a 1999 dodge durango it has 130000 miles on for the past 2 months it just shuts off no power to gauges and engine dies just like i turned the engine off doesn't matter where you are just have to wait about 30 min and will start back up this is very dangerous to my family after searching the web for this problem i noticed several other people have the same problem this happens daily several mechanics have looked for the problem but it has not been found dodge needs to step up to the plate and repair there defective vehicles. last year i had to replaced the master brain was told this was the problem. now one year later after the warranty is out it is doing it again, no one can find out why it is cutting out again, been in shop several time with told nothing is wrong. i have had this 1999 dodge durango since 1999 and always taken care of it as far as maintenance goes. someone please tell me what is causing the problem. i do not want another suv to roll over because of cutting out and not being able to control the suv. i bought a dodge because this happen once to my ford and i almost lost my family (3 children and husband) that time. i did lose the full use of my left hand. this problem need to be taken care of please help i see i am not the only one. *tr
I purchased the 1999 dodge durango 2/8/09. the truck ran good for one week. then it would just stall with no warning and a "no bus error" would flash on the odometer. after about 20 minutes the truck would start back up. but that is unacceptable. it has been stalling every week since may 12, 2009. it quit 8/11/09 and it was stuck in traffic with no where to go. it took one hour and 15 minutes for the truck to start back up. dodge needs to be held accountable for this issue. if you just take 3 minutes and google "no bus signal on odometer of 1999 dodge durango" you'll spend the next 3 days reading all the complaints with no solution to fixing the problem. i am a single parent and i depend on this vehicle to get back and forth to work and the doctors. i have had the diagnostics run on the truck and it doesn't even read. they don't know about it unless they're in the truck with you when it happens or there within 15 mins of the truck stopping. all this money for cash for clunkers and couldn't even drive it to a car lot if i wanted to. it wouldn't start. i am very upset and angry and feel that dodge has dodged another bullet. never will i buy a car from dodge/chrysler/jeep again, because they are not being responsible. believe me, they are aware of the issue. just don't give a *^$! *tr
I have a 1999 dodge durango which has stalled while driving numerous times. the first time i was in stop and go traffic and it died. 3 minutes later it started back up and ran fine. then, a month later while traveling 65mph on the freeway it died again. luckily i was in the right lane and was able to coast to the shoulder lane. after 10 minutes it started up again and ran fine. a week later i was driving it and it suddenly died again. this time it took over 2 hours to get it started again. it died again 10 minutes later. another 15 minutes to get it started again and it died pulling in to my driveway. i am afraid to drive this vehicle, and don't know what to do to fix it. i was told by a mechanic it might be the fuel filter, and when i looked for the part online, i came across a website with hundreds of consumer complaints for the same problem. people are afraid to drive this vehicle since it is a safety issue that it will just die unexpectedly irregardless of where you are driving it or how fast or slow it's going. diagnostic tests reveal no error codes, people are being told to try changing out several different parts on the vehicle, at great cost, with no consistent success at solving this problem. i cannot afford to spend money guessing what the problem may be, and it seems dodge is well aware of this problem with 1998-99 dodge durangos across the country. all seem to think it is a manufacturer defect in design of this vehicle, as the pcm is located in a very high heat location under the hood which seems to fry the pcm as well as numerous other parts it is running in conjunction with. link to site with complaints listed: http://www.carcomplaints.com/dodge/durango/1999/electrical/vehicle_shuts_down_without_warning.shtml. *tr
1999 dodge durango faulty electrical/computer operations. vehicle intermittently stalls while driving. vehicle has stalled when starting from a stop (0-5mph), at cruising speeds (55mph) or randomly while driving in the city (25-3mph). replaced pcm and issue subsided for 2 years only to begin again. dealership stated the recurrence was due to faulty abs control unit, replaced in aug '09, only to have same issue occur again 2 days after retrieving the vehicle. previously car would restart after engine had time to cool down. since pcm was replaced, issue has become twofold - intermittent stalling and intermittent not starting. drove the car to school, returned home, car sat for 1 hr, go to leave, car wont start. engine cranks, plenty of battery (all electrical works) but engine wont turn over. since april, this exact same scenario has occurred half dozen times - after driving the car for some period of time and then letting it sit, only to leave and it will not start - wait for 30min-90min, and car starts. the last two times this occurred, waited for more than 2 hours and car wouldn't start so had the vehicle towed to dealership. this appears to be a common complaint with this make/model and yet manufacturer continues to turn a blind eye to consumers as well as turning their backs on the dealerships. i have been the sole owner of this vehicle and purchased it new to my specifications (internet order) and have followed the scheduled service/maintenance to the letter. 11 year old vehicle in nov, with 151,000 miles - they don't make them like the used to. *tr
I own a dodge durango that is the worst vehicle i have ever purchased. it suffers from "shut off when it wants to syndrome" and the company won't even acknowledge that the problem exists even though it is the number one complaint about this particular model on the internet durango sites. to make matters worse they don't even know what causes it to do that therefore making repairing the vehicle impossible. it is basically a death trap as when the engine shuts off so does the power steering and the brakes!!! the odometer reads nobus. we have changed several things such as the pcm about 6 times, crank shaft sensor, cam sensor, shut down relay, and fuel pump relay. we still have the same problem. we believe that this is a very serious problem that can cause many accidents. as for us we are tired of investing money so that the vehicle keeps doing the same thing of shutting down and not starting. then having to get it towed home is not so cheap. if we can get a solution from dodge that would be awesome. thank you
1999 dodge durango shuts down, electronically, while driving in warm/hot weather. this is directly related to the pcm and/or it's location. very dangerous, even life threatening if on the freeway. dodge does not recognize the problem, or safety issue, so forums and consumers are left to resolve this very huge problem. only seems to exist on dodge durango's with the years 1999 and 2000. problem can be resolved, for freeway use, with modifications to the vehicle; a 3-4 inch tube from the grill to the pcm. no fix, so far, for local use on hot days. *tr
I will be driving on the freeway up to 70mph then the car will turn off, goes dead everything gets locked really hard to keep in control after everything locks up. this happens every time i drive it, i have stopped driving it on the freeways due to it goes dead after a few miles. i have been told it will be my (cbm) or the main computer it gets hot and it reset it self after 20min of no bus which will appear on the mileage reader and i read lots of the same issue i am having . *tr
My 1999 dodge durango shuts off while driving on the road . sometimes it takes 15-20 min for it to start up ...but it seems to get worse in the hot summers. lately i have been driving it and it does it more and more . i have come close to being hit by a 18 wheeler! *tr
Electrical problem causing stalling in traffic. engines shuts off because of short somewhere or computer failure. replaced ignition coil and have checked wiring and battery connections but something in the pcm or sensors keeps failing on and off. *tr
Vehicle dies sporadically, has the "no bus" indication on the odometer. it is a common anomaly causing $800 to $1500 in repairs on my 1999 dodge durango. *tr
Tl*the contact owns a 1999 dodge durango. the contact stated that the vehicle had stopping issues. while driving 70 mph, the vehicle stopped without warning. there was a loss of all electrical components, power steering, and abs. she had to pour cold water on the computer in order for the vehicle to restart and was almost struck by a semi-truck in the process. the contact was concerned for her safety and her life. the manufacturer would not assume any liability for the failures. a dodge specialist stated that this was a frequent issue. the current and failure mileages were less than 170,000.
1999 dodge durango slt 8cyl 5.9l automatic- vehicle died without warning -replaced battery - died again -replaced battery - checked alternator - checked pcm - check gauges light coming on as battery voltage too low - air bag light intermittently turns on while driving, cycling the beeping on and off, randomly. frustrated as have been to several mechanics and no one seems to know how to fix these issues. want to be sure airbag isn't going to randomly activate. concerned with vehicle suddenly turning off while on highway. *tr
Durango shut off without warning, while driving, multiple times. once shut off on freeway in heavy traffic. power steering did not work. could not turn away from other vehicles. only thing that worked was the brakes. shut off at least 4 or 5 other times in parking lots, usually after initial start. sometimes started right back up, sometimes took up to 30 minutes to start again. battery had good charge. no delay to start, just shuts off without warning. we do not drive it on the freeway anymore for fear it will shut off and cause an accident. timing for the failure is unpredictable. husband tried to replay the circumstances and make it shut off, didn't shut off. blinkers work intermittently. have not tried repairing it yet. did some research online, seems many people have this same problem with the same vehicle and none of the usual remedies work. i am planning to take it to the dealership, but am hesitant to waste money on something they don't know how to fix. diagnostic tests for others have been negative. this problem has occurred several times and began about 6 months ago. freeway incident was around may this year. *tr
I bought my durango last year and it has left me and my kids stranded on road many times in very dangerous situations because of no shoulder to pull out of way of other drivers, it shuts down without warning, loses all power, restarts in 1-30 minutes but will shut down again within a few miles especially on hot days. first replaced fuel pump then relay switches and problem still continues, nothing ever shows on the diagnostics. three mechanics have been unable to figure it out but i still had to pay for their time so here i am with only one vehicle that i still owe money for and can't depend on it to get me anywhere. i drive everyday in fear that my car is going to stall and get me or my kids killed. *tr
I own a 1999 doge durango it has 145000 miles on for the past 2 months it just shuts off no power to gauges and engine dies just like i turned the engine off doesent matter where you are jsut have to wait about 30 min and will start back up this is very dangerous to my family after serching the web for this problem i noticed several other people have the same problem this happens daily several mechanics have looked for the proble but it has not been found dodge needs to step up to the plate and repair there defective vehicles. *tr
When i turn on my headlights the instrument cluster, panel, lights go out the turn signal arrows light up. at night this is very dangerous as you can not see how fast you are going and also if any of the warning lights were to come on you would not know because you can't see them as they do not light up. this is also a problem during the day because of the instrument lights are out. when i crank car the chimes do not always sound. i am getting shocked when i stop turn off car and get out and touch the door to close it. *tr
I was on the highway and my vehicle shut down. when this happened i was doing 65 m.p.h. and lost control of the steering and braking which almost resulted in a crash with my toddler in the vehicle. i finally got some help from a passer by to get it off of the road and let the pcm cool down and it started again. this happens whenever it is above 70 degrees out side. i have contacted dodge and they will not warranty this problem nor recall it. we need help. i have found over one hundred cases of this happening and dodge will do nothing about it. please help before some one gets killed if they haven't already this is serious. a new p.c.m. cost between 800.00 and 1200.00 dollars and the same thing keeps happening. the other thing on the 1998 and 1999 durango is the oil pump screens are to small and keeps ca]using engine failure in the same manner as the problem above. please investigate you are the only ones that can save a life. thank you. *tr
1999 dodge durango slt / 4wd / 8 cyl 5.9l - vehicle mileage 53,712 as of 08/31/10; the following oem components / parts are defective / broken / worn prematurely causing other parts / components / systems to fail, brake & should be recalled, serviced, replaced by daimler chrysler, llc at their expense (no wonder they needed bailout $): 5) abs & brake dash warning light illuminates due to faulty sensors located on transmission tunnel & near drive shaft. *tr
1999 dodge durango stalls and reads no bus on dash. i have replace the pcm and it worked for a while now problem back. stalled in busy intersection. *tr
1999 dodge durango-so many problems with this vehicle. had to replace the computer due to overheating-common problem i hear. now the upper and lower ball joints are bad and need replaced or my tires could fall off? lots of information that this is an extremely common problem and very very dangerous. other years of derange have been recalled because of ball joints being bad. i have not had an accident yet and am hoping not to. can't afford all these repairs for things that seem to be a common issue with this vehicle. *tr
My 99 dodge durango 5.9 will just shut off on me while driving. very dangerous seeing i lose control of the vehicle. i have been stuck in the heat many times with young kids. *tr
Vehicle shuts down without warning. in march 2007 the durango started to loose all power and just shut down. we had it towed to a shop, and had new pcm installed. a few months ago, problem started to re-occur again. had it towed a few more times, back in the shop to have new starter. dies 2 days later, put in new battery and cables. durango shut down in middle of busy intersection, and has now been towed to an auto shop. mechanic suggests a new alternator, but websites show other have had the same problems: http://www.carcomplaints.com/dodge/durango/1999/electrical/vehicle_shuts_down_without_warning.shtml *tr
I was driving on the road on a busy road and it shut off on me ..i could not turn the wheel to get off the road...someone almost rear ended me because of it!..its has done this to me several times...it scared me so bad that i quit driving it! *tr
1999 dodge durango 5.9 v8 stalls for no reason with no bus displayed where the mileage would normally be. i have had different sensors replaced. and unit still shuts down and is very hard to steer or stop the vehicle after the loss of power. no one hurt or killed, but vehicle is unsafe to drive. as far as incident date. it happens just about every time i drive the durango and sometimes a 30 minute ride the vehicle can stall as many as 2-3 times. *tr
Well i like the vehicle but it is just not safe for anyone to drive.. i would not even want to be on the road with someone driving a durango let alone drive my own. i can not even tell you all the prob i have had with mine. *tr
My 1999 dodge durango would shut down and all the gauges would go to "0." lost power steering and power brakes. my wife almost had a t-bone crash with a semi truck in orem, ut. after doing my research, it is obvious that dodge failed in their responsibility to the consumer. the pcm (powertrain control module) goes bad in specifically the 1999 durango's and below are a bunch of testimonies that it is a common problem. this is dangerous and someone could end up dead. - http://www.automotivehelper.com/topic91464.htm - http://www.carsurvey.org/viewmorecomments_review_41149_4.html - http://www.carcomplaints.com/dodge/durango/1999/electrical/vehicle_shuts_down_without_warning.shtml the below website will show that this is the biggest problem with the 1999 dodge durango. http://www.carcomplaints.com/dodge/durango/1999/electrical/index.shtml i just spent over $1,000 replacing my pcm to fix the problem. mor importantly, my wife and kids almost got in an accident. i would like to see this recalled, as it could potentially cause death or injury. this problem should be fixed by dodge as a recall, not by the consumer. *tr
While returning home from a family vacation, my 1999 dodge durango lost completely lost power and shut down. luckily i was able to pull off the road. after several minutes of trying to start the car it started up. a few minutes later it shut down again. again, after a few minutes it started and i was able to drive the last 20 miles to get home. after unloading the car, i tried to start the car with no luck. i noticed the odometer display read " no bus ". i told this to the mechanic and he thought the crank sensor was the problem. it still shuts down after the repair. the car has shut down a total of 4 times and i still haven't found the repair solution. i think it is the computer. it gets too hot and shuts the car down. this is extremely dangerous and i can't believe dodge hasn't done a recall on this before now. *tr
Http://www.automotiveforums.com/t91464.html i have a '99 durango with ~45000 miles. recently it has been breaking down on me. i feel it lose power until it dies all together. after about 20 minutes it will start again. this has happened 5 times. when it happened today, i was going about 30 mph, when i felt it lose power. the speedometer went to '0" - the 'check engine light came on', the 'fuel pump' light came on (like it does when you run out of gas), then i had this odd message on the odometer that said "no bus". this time i had it towed to pep boys w/o trying to crank it with the hopes they can get a code. i told them about the "no bus" message but they did not seem to know anything about it. i have found this mentioned on a few bulletins boards but not with much info. i think perhaps a service bulletin from dodge said something about this. does anyone have any ideas as to what "no bus' means and perhaps if this is the cause of me breaking down. what can i do to get it fixed ? please help. .thanks! *tr
1999 dodge durango - approx 80,000 miles - 1 owner. on hot days, when outside temp is in mid-80s or above, vehicle stalls and nobus light comes on. vehicle is currently as chyrsler dealer for repairs, although they don't know what to fix. after researching the internet, i've found atleast 80 pages of the same complaint with the same year/make/model. people are begging for a recall. it is a safety issue. i've contacted chryler twice and have been given the run-a-round. how many people have to report the same "dangerous" problem before something is done about it. according to others, it has something to do with a defective pcm. please, i'm begging you to take this seriously and look at the amount of people posting this problem. chrysler needs to do a recall. *tr
Faulty pcm part (computer), when the vehicle is driving in hot weather, over 80 degrees fahrenheit, the vehicle completely dies. the engine dies & the electrical components are shut off. this has happened several times, and caused some near-crash situations while my children were in the car! after scouring the internet & talking with mechanics, i have discovered this is not an isolated event. i replaced the faulty pcm & the problem has not returned. *tr
My vehicle for many weeks would shut down while driving especially on hot days with no warning. gauges would freeze. i would stop my vehicle and either have to wait 20 mins. the vehicle would go till died again, often the next stop, or braking during a turn. almost impossible to brake or steer even driving 55mph. almost causing accidents. my mechanic said it was the computer, the computer had no history, take it to a dealer. during that weekend while driving about 10 miles died 5 times in 100+ temp police stopped to help. sent me to hospital with heat exhaustion and temp of 102.9. next morning drove vehicle to dealer. dealer diagnosed as fuel pump. i paid for repair and drove off with vehicle. i drove less than 3 miles and 2 more times the vehicle died. dealer sent tow truck. next mourning dealer claim car is fine running 5 hours in shop. i insisted take on road in heat. when shut hood died. dealer npw calling pcm bad not computer. i was told had to pay for pcm as well that fuel pump was bad anyway. i asked for old parts was told do not return core parts? i had asked for replaced part return. i paid and left. after contacting owner of dealership next day. one week later refunded for fuel pump not pcm. *tr
While driving the vehicle will die and after u play with wires and relays or the pickup coil it will start the problem is it will die at random the other day mine died on me twice while i was on the interstate it is going to kill someone one of these days when it dies u loose all power i am afraid to drive it know because i am afraid of endangering my kids. *tr
