Tl* the contact owns a 2011 dodge charger. upon starting the vehicle, smoke was detected and fire appeared under the hood. the contact extinguished the fire and disconnected the battery. there were no warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who stated that the wire and dash harness needed to be replaced. the local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the failure mileage was 200,000. the vin was invalid.

While i was driving on the highway the car suddenly began to lose power. i was putting on the gas but the car was slowing down so quickly that i had to pull off on the side of the road. once i turned the engine off it would not start again.

Headlamp (low beam projection)repeatedly shuts off after few minutes driving. i know that some police vehicles have this problem and they have been recalled. can no longer use my personal car after sunset. local dealer will repair but at my expense. this is a big deal safety issue that i shouldn't have to worry about.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 dodge charger. while driving approximately 65-70 mph, there was an abnormal grinding noise and the vehicle stalled without warning. the contact was able to restart the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to dave sinclair chrysler dodge jeep ram (2326 w osage st, pacific, mo 63069, (636) 257-4055) where it was diagnosed that the transmission control module (tcm) needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer to be diagnosed, but the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure or retrieve a fault code. the manufacturer was not contacted. the approximate failure mileage was 60,000.

The car gave an error message 'vehicle not in par'. could not turn engine off. eventually car began to overheat and caused blown head gaskets. have to get an entire new engine and replace shifter and push to start system.

At first i was unable to call out through my cars bluetooth, but if i used my phone to call out i could hear and speak through my car. however this did not last long since the speakers quit working. a loud clicking started in my dash. the radio turns on but no sound. when this happened i could not start my car after goggling the issue i found that others had the same issue and said that if you take the remote itself to push the start button their car started. i tried this and at this time my car will start this way. also my trunk just opens on it's own. this happens constantly. i called dealership about it and they said it was not a recall. i'm a disabled person, and i need my car to get to and from doctor appointments. i do not have a lot of money and can not afford to pay to get these issues fixed. i feel that since there has been so many other people w oath the same issues that these things should be recalled and customers have their vehicles taken care of. thank you for your ...

Tl* takata recall. the contact owns a 2011 dodge charger. the contact stated that within less than a week of owning the vehicle, the starter burned out. the part was ordered and replaced from the manufacturer for the alternator assembly; however, the failure recurred. the contact was unable to drive the vehicle for months. a dealer was not contacted. the place where the vehicle was purchased made no mention of the three recalls pertaining to the vin. the contact had not been notified of nhtsa campaign numbers: 19v018000 (air bags), 16v043000 (structre), and 17v435000 (electrical system). the manufacturer was notified of the failures. the failure mileage was not available.

While driving lights shut off, i switch from auto to on, to turn lights back on, lights flicker slightly as well. car taken dealership changed car battery, key fog, and shortened wires to liggts. problem is not fixed.

The driver's side hid low beam will randomly turn off. upon using the toggle switch to turn both lights off and back to the on position, the failed headlamp will re-illuminate until it fails again. this appears to be an issue with the ballast, not the bulb.

I was driving my vehicle straight down a city street at 36 miles per hour through an intersection light and my car began to shake really hard and the car began to drop speed on its own, i went to press the gas to acelerate and the egine light began to flash and the air conditioner started blowing really hot air and i lost all power to the vehicle.i tried to push the gas to turn off the busy street but i had no power so i had to pretty much coast to the nearest place to get out of traffice. once i pulled over into a parking lot the car started to have a smell as if something was burning underneath the hood, at that point i put the car in park and pushed the off button, i sat a few minutes then tried to restart the car but it would not start and kept making a noise so i turned the car off got out and got my toddler out of the backseat and called my husband, he arrived about 10 minutes later and tried jump starting the car but it would not start and was making a ...
