Tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge avenger. while operating the vehicle, the passenger side heater was faulty and only cold air blew from the vents. during the failure, the passenger side of the front windshield could not be defrosted. the vehicle was taken to all-star dodge (11503 st. charles rock rd, bridgeton, mo 36044) where it was diagnosed that the cooling system was clogged with sludge. the contact was informed that the entire cooling system needed to be replaced. the cause of the sludge was not determined. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and no assistance was offered. the failure mileage was 34,599.
