Tl* the contact owns a 2009 dodge avenger. while driving approximately 70 mph, the contact attempted to roll down the front passenger side window when it suddenly slid down into the door. the contact was unable to roll the window back up. the contact took the vehicle to a certified mechanic who diagnosed that the mechanism that held the window up failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired. while driving approximately 45 mph, the failure recurred to the front driver side window. the contact took the vehicle to the certified mechanic who diagnosed the same failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. the approximate failure mileage was 82,000.
