Wipers will stop in middle of windshield, or be jerky when moving. if stopped, moving wiper control to next position, or turning wipers back off, then on, will make wipers move a bit more. in a rain storm, have to constantly move wiper switch to make wipers move. visibility is a disaster. makes driving in a rainstorm very dangerous.
