Takata recall my concerns of accidental discharge,the dash light stays on longer than should.

I was in a collision with a stopped vehicle where i rear ended them. i was traveling approx. 43 mph and hit them head on yet my airbag never deployed. *tr

While driving about 40 mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and front air bags did not deploy. *ak

While traveling at 30 mph on icy road condition vehicle spun out of control and landed facing west, when a 18 wheeler hit consumer at about 65 mph, and none of airbags deployed.*ak the air bags failed on head collision prior to the accident, the engine had over heated and would not start. door won't open due to power locks failure. *yh

Front air bags didn't deploy upon impact. throttle got stuck while going in reverse at 5mph. vehicle went to full throttle/going into drive and backing over a curve, jumping a 2 feet retainer wall & into a building. dealer seemed to be concerned, but not aware of the problem. *ak

When vehicle crashed into a guardrail head-on there was no deployment of the driver's side or passenger's side air bags. vehicle was totalled in the crash. please provide any further information. *ak

While traveling 5 mph, vehicle rolled into the bumper of the car in front of it. as a result of the accident vehicle caught fire, there was no air bag deployment. *ak *ml

While driving 35- 40 mph vehicle had a direct frontal impact in which the driver's and passenger's airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this crash. no previous problems with the airbags. please provide further information.*ak
