Fiat/chrysler will not give me a time frame as to when recall v15 (right ball joint issue). i have called several dealerships and chrysler corporate and they cannot give me any more information other than "we will let you know". there is no time frame whatsoever. currently my vans ball joint is bad and making clunking noises and they will not address this concern regarding a time frame for a fix for it.
