Dt*: the contact stated upon sitting in the front driver's seat, the back of the seat fell backwards into a reclined position. the vehicle was seen by a dealer for inspection who determined the seat failed due to normal wear and tear. the service department replaced the seat recliner which corrected the problem.
Consumer was adjusting the seat and driver 's front seat collapsed forward. consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer, who informed consumer that the seat needed to be replaced. *ak......*ak
Passenger door was repaired at no cost to the consumer, however it never worked correctly. the consumer decided not to get the recall work done, because the dealer informed him, the seat was broken underneath the seat and the part was not in stock and if the recall was done with the seat broken,the seat would stay in one position. the consumer was told the vehicle needed a tune, however the consumer disagreed that a tune- up was needed with such low mileage. *mr *ph *jb
The seat recliner bolts on the driver's power seat broke causing the recliner portion of the seat to recline rapidly without warning. the car was not being driven at the time. the manufacturer's representative robert clark noted that my vehicle was not listed as having this problem. i am still waiting for the dealer to the fix problem.*jb

Driver's side seat moves back and forth whenever vehicle comes to a stop or when vehicle take off from a stop position. dealer notified, and informed consumer that nothing could be done. *ak
