On or about february 10, 2017, i brought my chrysler 300c to orr chrysler ' dodge ' jeep ' ram located at 900 truman baker drive, searcy, ar 72143 via a tow truck because of a dead battery that had failed due to a faulty, defective alternator. after my father spoke with tommy, the service manager, my car was repaired; however, he and i were under the impression that the car would be repaired through a safety recall notice 14v-634 (aka p60) that had been issued for chrysler 300 cars experiencing similar issues.
