Tl* the contact owns a 2017 chrysler 300. on three separate occasions, the vehicle failed to start. the vehicle was jumpstarted and driven to jim reihl's friendly chrysler jeep (located at 32899 van dyke ave, warren, mi 48093, (888) 834-3916) to be diagnosed, but the mechanic was unable to retrieve a fault code or duplicate the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 5,000.

Back up camera not working, has been to the shop twice for repair. 1st time was software update, didn't resolve as still working randomly, 2nd time u05 recall , again did't work, will be taking to dealership again for resolution. started day after purchase, and has been going on now 4 months

Lrear camera locks up on screen and you can not do anything with computer,vehicle must be turned off and restarted
