Problems with 2015 Chrysler 300 VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 300. whle operating the vehicle, the speedometer indicated that the vehicle was traveling approximately 20 mph faster than the actual speed. the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. the local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 47,000.

While driving the car on the freeway the gas pedal pressed down and accelerated on its own. i was unable to use the breaks to slow down and the throttle control light came on. it did after a minute or two stop accelerating and went into limp mode but the throttle control light shut off. i now have the car in the shop but they were unable to pull any codes like it erased itself from the memory.
