My car is a lemon and i want to be refunded, either a new car or my $25,000 cash that i paid for the car in 2010. now my car is being recalled for dangerous air bags!!! also all of my tire pressure sensors are defective. my car's brakes are warped! on a highway in motion my brakes make noise and the steering wheel shakes! the tire pressure sensor light stays on and doesn't go out on the dashboard.

When slamming on the brakes to avoid an accident the abs does not engage. the tires lockup the car slides, but thankfully it stopped before hitting the other car. this has to be a faulty abs system because i have replaced all the abs sensors. I was backed out of my driveway and proceeded down the street when the abs and esc light both came on at the same time. i saw on the internet that this same defect was in 2011 and 2012 cars and they were being repaired. i was told by chrysler that this would not cover my car even though the risk is the same. *tr
