Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chrysler 300. while the vehicle was parked, the contact opened the rear trunk lid. the trunk lid independently closed on the contact resulting injuries to the head, neck and shoulder. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnosis and they advised that the trunk props were defective. the vehicle was repaired. the failure mileage and vin were unavailable.
Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chrysler 300lx. while the vehicle was being service he notice that the crash impact bumper was missing. the vehicle was purchased used in december 2009. the contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and explained that the crash impact bumper was missing and they told him that he bought the vehicle as is. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 56,290 and the current mileage was 83,257.
