The headlights will cut out as im driving.. sometimes one side first then both.. or both st the same time.. as im driving the air bag light comes on and off on its own my tpms light will come on and some days it won't show the psi in the tire on the dash

My speedometer and dashboard keeps blinking and glitching out.

Stop for gas got back in my car al lights were flashing and car wont start. tried to jump car off nothing so i went and bought a new battery still nothing i keep hearing clicking noise from under the hood

Vehicle suspension seems to have gone bad. 2015 sedan now sounds like an older car when riding over rough spots in pavement. also, awd not available light first flashed on when taking a left turn on rainy day. it was followed by service awd indicator light coming on. at first these indicator lights would come on intermittently, but now come on each time engine is started and the service awd light now stays on until the engine is shut off.

Car losing power .... stalling .... transmission issues when backing up and driving up a hill ...

Randomly if i hit a bump my airbag light will come on. now for a 2015 200 limited why am i needing to replace the whole starter assembly and now to have to replace the air shutter grille. the vehicle headlamps are extremely poor. it's very hard to see see on all highways, side streets etc. now the traction stabilizers light came on as i was backing in to a parking space as well as my brakes just started making a squealing noise out no where as driving on the street. there no reason why there should not be a recall on multiple vehicle issues as most people are stating. why isn't there a number i can call to file a compliant with all the vehicle issues i've experienced? this just crazy then to have to come outta $1,300.00 for vehicle repairs is crazy! why does this vehicle stall when the oil is low shameful for the vehicle to stop and and barely start back! tires sucks outside mirrors always have to adjust this brand is garbage!! people everywhere is having issues with the vehicle starting.. please do something about these vehicle issues. there is no reason why this vehicle is 3 years old and is stalling this is embarrassing. on top of having to pay a note that ridiculous. i want to be compensated in the amount of the vehicle repairs.

The air bag service light continues to to come on and the air bag light stays on.

On highway at dusk, lost both headlights at same time. then pulled over - no lights in car. two months later -- puling out of driveway of home -- backup mirror went blank and car accelerated on its own.

While driving the vehicle the dashboard/instrument cluster keeps on flashing in and out, staying off for at lease 5 seconds at a time. at night the headlights also flicker on and off. the car also tends to pick up speed while braking. lets talk about the brakes, the brakes absolutely suck, they don't hold properly at all. while coming to a stop i often have to sink my foot into the peddle and give myself extra feet to stop.

I have a 2015 chrysler 200 that has been having some issue with the dash lights flickering and now the lights are going completely out. i thought the instrument panel was the only feature affected until today on my way to work the headlights completely went out as well creating a very bad situation on the highway. i was unable to see while driving down the road for a brief period of time. i just check it for recalls but did not find my vehicle however there are other earlier models that appear to be having a similar issue that were covered by recall is there any way that a recall may be arriving on this vehicle? i have also noticed that the service air bag light came on shortly before all of this started as well as a code was tripped for faulty coolant sensor as well. all maintenance and upkeep has been done on this vehicle including tires pressure sensor replaced and routine oil change as well.

Car shutting off while driving in traffic with no warning. car frequently resets itself multiple times a day without reason. dashboard lights go out without warning. gear switch has low voltage, shuts off car.

It?s been at least 8months since i?ve driven my own car because of all the safety hazards on it and i am pregnant. i feel to scared to drive it thinking that something may happen to me because the car wants to act up. since about a month after i had financed the car i noticed that the air bag light was on and the transmission light would pop on and off. the car started to stay at a certain speed limit and would not accelerate no matter how hard or long i pressed on the gas pedal. i would then have to pull over to the side of the road and turn my car off and then turn it back on. this was ongoing for months.. it was my only transportation to work and i didn?t have the money to get a new car after just financing one and being young in the military. i had took it to my dealership when this happened and they told me that the transmission light would come up because the sensor for my oil wasn't reading and it was nothing to worry about and my air bag light came up because someone in the backseat must've stepped on it and it would still work but the light would be there. a lot of [xxx] but at the time i didn't know much so i went off of what they said. later on the light would go on and off. for the first 6 month i believe i had replaced my lights 8 times thinking that it was normal to change it that often. again i didn't know much about cars. but after getting it checked the dealership had told me i have wiring issues and i my head lights and highbeams don?t work on the left hand side. and after letting a friend use my car for a day i believe they've gone out completely. today i went to drive my car literally 5min away from my house to the store to just turn it on and my car started shaking while i was driving it. oh and my battery has gone out before on me a couple of times in the past and it did that to me today while i was on a hill which was really dangerous. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act ...

The instrument panel; radio and back-up camera goes black so they are not visable

The low beams are blocked by assembly and in order to get them pointed high enough to do any good the high beams dont work correctly. this occurs at all times. if pointed at a wall you can cycle between high and low beams and the low beams show up as a if you were covering half of a normal headlight with a book.

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. while driving approximately 35 mph, the headlights failed to brighten correctly. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 65,000. the vin was not available. ...updated 03/08/17 *bf the consumer stated the headlight equipment was poorly designed. the low beams do not reach far enough ahead and appear to be hooded*js

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. when the vehicle was started, the passenger side headlight failed to illuminate without warning. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the wiring needed to be replaced. the contact called the local dealer (heritage chrysler dodge jeep ram parkville, 9219 harford rd, parkville, md 21234, (866) 492-8843) and was informed that the vehicle was not included in a recall. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to nhtsa. the failure mileage was 83,000.

Your agency reported headlamps on my make/model vehicle poor to marginal in terms of vision, and is safety related. i contacted chrysler directly, and had the headlamps inspected by my dealer. dealer, obviously, says they operated as designed, but the indication by nhtsa is that they are designed poorly, and are a potential safety issue. chrysler will do nothing to help. my 2008 hyundai azera headlamp depth of field is 30' greater.

Tl* the contact owned a 2015 chrysler 200. while driving approximately 40 mph up an incline at night, the headlights failed to illuminate bright enough. the failure also occurred whenever driving around a curve. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the headlights were readjusted; however, the failure persisted. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 60. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer due to the potential safety risk. the vin was unknown. the failure mileage was 60.

I was driving and my dashboard started blinking telling me i had to park the car. once i parked for a little bit i was able to restart it but the engine light was still blinking. i was able to get it home before it shut off again and i will have it towed today. this is the second time within the last month that this has happened with the car.

During normal driving at night, any speed, any type road. there is very limited low beam projection. appears to be approx. 50' or less(3 white stripes ahead of vehicle). appears the design of the headlight assy.. the placement of the bulb is either too deep or too high and the top of the assy. is blocking from a higher projection angle. high beam projection is good. i have contacted my local dealership who advised they have had other customers complain about this but no adjustments have helped. they had no suggestion for remedy. this is very serious safety concern for me and any other owners of the same model vehicle.

I was merging onto the highway and my dashboard started blinking telling me i had to park the car. once i parked it i could not get it to start again and had it towed to chrysler. they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and reset the pcm to get it to start again.

1) power train-while traveling on interstate at 65mph the transmission pops out of gear. i had to pull over put the car in park and then back to drive before it would go. it also happened when i was pulling away from a stop sign making a right turn it popped out of gear and wouldn't go. i drifted to the side of the road stopped, went to park and back to drive. the car acts confused form time to time. from a stop position at take off the transmission jerks and then thumps before it goes into gear. 2). cruise control- traveling down interstate in the mountain region of n. georgia, my cruise was set for 55mph. the cruise picked up speed up to 70 mph then the car started jerking very confused at what it was suppose to be doing. the brake wouldn't release the cruise control. i did get it released once the rpm's settled down. it has happen several times at various locations in the mountains and on flat ground. 3) the head lights are the worst lights i've ever seen on a car. when going down the road you may have 30 ft. that you can see in front of you. when going up and incline what so ever. your visibility from the headlight is approximately 20 foot in front of you. terrible headlights. its scary going up any incline not being able to see what's 25 foot in front of you. all of these issues have been reported at my dealership. all of these issues have happen on more than one occasion.

This is a follow up on previous complaint shown below. vehicle has been at the dealer since may 7,2015. originally informed by the dealer where vehicle was purchased that it would take a couple of weeks to get a replacement transaxle. i contacted chrysler customer service on may 20,2015 and was informed that the earliest they can get a replacement would be june 26,2015 and possibly as far out as august of 2015. vehicle is currently at dealership. repair and return is unknown at this time. "received a recall notice about an issue with the transaxle park rod late april 2015. took it to the dealer where we purchased the vehicle. where informed that the recall repairs could not be performed until after may 1, 2015 needed a specific tool that had been ordered. they did inspect the vehicle and said that it was safe, make an appointment for after may 1st. on may 7, 2015 my wife was driving on the highway at approximately 70 mph when she said the dash warning lights started going off and warning bells started going off. the warning said "service transmission" then would flash to "shift to park and engage parking brake". the transmission seemed to have shifted into neutral. the car was running but did not have any forward momentum. this message continued over and over. she had to go over 3 lanes of traffic before she could get to the side off the road to a safe spot. she immediately put on the hazard lights when this happened but had to dodge traffic. once she was stopped the shifter dial was still lit up that it was in drive, she moved it to park but still was lit up that it was in drive. she put on the parking brake and turned the car off. she waited a few minutes and started the car again. the shifter dial now showed to be in park, she tried to shift to all the other gears, the car would not move and the dial still showed it was in park."

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chrysler 200. the contact stated that while driving at approximately 55 mph, the headlights were activated, but the headlights and tail lights failed. as a result, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. the air bags did not deploy. a police report was filed. the contact sustained unknown injuries that did not require medical attention. in addition, while parked with the vehicle started, the vehicle jerked forward without warning and crashed into a curb. there were no injuries. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 100.
