On 02/24/2019 at approximately 3:00 p.m., after attending church services, i entered my car and immediately noticed that the driver side active head restraint (ahr) was deployed.

Car had a recall of airbag module (s61) & after this was repaired, it has a seatbelt warning for active head restraint bc14 (circuit open). i've seen many posts about a similar problem with chrysler cars. and, now i have to pay to get this repaired or the headrest may not operate properly in the event of a rear end accident.

2013 chrysler 200 passenger headrest deployed. sept 2017 had chrysler 200 orc replaced due to recall. april 27th 2018 while driving at approximately 20 miles per hr, the passenger side headrest deployed for no reason, striking my passenger in the head.

I was going straight down the highway. there was a very loud noise and i was hit in the back of the head very hard which sort of stunned me. i pulled off the highway to see what had happened. i couldn't see a problem until i got out of the car then i discovered the headrest had deployed.
Safety recall s61 / nhtsa 16v-668. this was already fixed and completed by the ewald chrysler dealership in franklin wi, phone 414-369-4552 a couple months ago. the website indicates this recall is still outstanding and i received a notice in the mail just last week. could you please fix the website to show this has been resolved. this way your records will be correct and i will no longer receive mail about the s61 recall. thank you so much! p.s. i already sent an email through the 'mopar' website today as well.
Tl* the contact owns a 2013 chrysler 200. the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v668000 (air bags, seat belts); however, the part for the recall repair was unavailable. the contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. the contact called courtesy chrysler jeep dodge ram tampa (9207 e adamo drive, tampa, fl 33619; 888-974-3486) and was informed that they were only receiving one part per week. they would not be able to repair the contact's vehicle for approximately 17 weeks. the manufacturer was made aware of the issue and informed the contact that they would contact the dealer to escalate the repair. the contact never received a return call regarding the repair. the contact had not experienced a failure.
