I have had my car for only two years. i do mainly highway driving and a little residential street driving. my steering rack and front suspension lower control arm mount brushing failed. i had to have them both replace at cost of $2,495. i asked the chevy dealer if this something that they typically see and i was told that my issue appeared to be defect, but since my vehicle does not have an active recall and i am just went over the $36k bumper to bumper.
