Tl*the contact owns a 2001 chevrolet tracker. while driving 55 mph, the vehicle swerved to the left and nearly crashed into another vehicle. the contact has not taken the vehicle to a mechanic. he inspected the vehicle and claims to know why it failed. the current and failure mileages were 58,128.

Defroster became inoperable during cold weather. this condition resulted in water condensate forming on the inner windshield, side windows and back window and caused poor visibility. poor visibility could have resulted in a possible accident, injury or death. the dealership found the a/c electrical circuits to be defective and a fuse blown. this is know condition for this vehicle, and a tsb was found on this problem. the vehicle was repaired by the dealership, however the repair was refused to be covered under warranty. *tr

I took my tuck to have starter replaced twice within a years time. about two months went by and my truck is doing the same thing. when i drive it for a short distance it will not start i have sit for an hour before it start's. the dealer ship that i take my truck keep telling i need a new starter when i just had it replaced. i thank they have defective starter or they don't put a new starter on my turck. i cann't see a starter going bad three times within a year.

The engine knocks and rattle when it is first started sounds like there is either a valvtrain or piston slap problem in the engine. also the air conditioning has this odor that is really nasty to smell when you first turn on the unit. the brake pads have been replaced twice within the last year and the rotors have been replaced as well. dt

Fumes entering into cabin of vehicle as a result of a leaky topper on the vehicle.*mr there were fumes coming from the catalytic converter due to the after market topper the consumer purchased, which was not sealed properly from the beginning, and had been replaced previously. *ts *jb
