No specific events. we simply removed the cushions and pads from the grace nautilus booster seat and noticed that the belt was completely frayed. the restraining system harness (which look like seat belt material) was frayed almost completely through. we would never have noticed it had we not removed the padding to wash it. Dt*: the contact stated while driving 15 mph on normal road conditions and using the child safety seat in the rear facing position, the child seat reclined. the reclining was worst when the vehicle made turns. the base of the child seat was firmly buckled but still slid around. the manufacturer has not been contacted. .manufacturer: dorel juvenile group, eddie bauer edition, model # 22-630 and dom: 2006.
