Fuel leaking from attach point of fuel crossover tube and passenger side fuel rail.

Truck kept backfiring, no power wouldn't keep running. found fuel line failure close to fuel tank leaking gas.

We have had several rust problems with this vehicle from brakes lines rusting through, gas tank straps rusting through. now we have fuel line leak and our torsion bar has cracked due to rusting through and they will not repair unless the frame is replaced which is not cost effective due to the amount of rust throughout the vehicle. unless frame is replaced it is unsafe to drive. *tr

I have had right rear brake line rust out. i had front brake lines rust out. i had the brake line to the abs from booster rust out. had the fuel lines rust out(leaking raw gas) had oil lines for automatic transmission rust out. each time i was lucky that it happened in the city at low speeds and not while pulling a trailer.i also had trouble with the abs kicking in falsely at slow speeds(also rust build up at wheel sensor mounting place. *tr

I noticed gas tank hanging down under truck about 8 in. off ground when i got home.looked under and noticed front gas tank strap completely rusted through.strap has plastic coating on steel strap.water trapped between plastic coating and steel and rusted thought.just lucky back strap held or could have been deadly with 30 gallons of gas hitting the road while traveling, not only for my family but for anyone behind me. *js

I was going to stop at a traffic light and the brake pedal went to the floor. i was lucky that there was no one in front of me and that i still had the front brakes. i limped it home and when i got back brake fluid was dripping out of the lines that run on the frame just under the gas tank. everything under the truck is rusted. the rocker panels are also rusted out. the truck bed is rusted on all sides as well. i have also had to replace the straps holding the gas tank on. they were completely rusted. i had one strap that had fallen off when i took it in for repair. *tr
