Tl* the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet equinox. while driving, an odor of antifreeze was coming through the vents inside the vehicle. in addition, the contact noticed that the heater core was leaking antifreeze onto the ground, the front passenger side window failed to roll down, the driver's side turn signal failed to lock in place while in use, and the rear brake light bulb failed four times within the year and was replaced by the contact. the vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic due to the diagnostic and repair fees. the manufacturer was notified of the failures and informed the contact that there was no recall on the vehicle. the approximate failure mileage was 115,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet equinox. while driving 50 mph and attempting to roll the window down, the switch would not work. the contact made several unsuccessful attempts. the vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the switch needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. the vehicle was checked again and the contact was informed that if there were any issues with the wiring, the contact would be liable for the repairs. when the drivers side door was opened, the contact noticed that the wiring harness fractured and the wires were brittle. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 93,351.

Window driver side working intermittently, pressed switch to lower window heard a pop and drivers side headlight was out window did not go down window still will not go down and the driver side power mirror will not function as well drivers side headlight has been replaced 3 times with in 5 weeks when you press the window down button or open the door the head light will blow and the passenger side window is working intermittently as well you have to open the door to put it up if it is in the down position. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet equinox. the contact stated that the tire pressure monitoring light illuminated continuously while the vehicle was on. the contact also stated that while driving 25 mph, acceleration power reduced dramatically and the vehicle decelerated to 3 mph. the contact also stated that both headlights failed and needed to be replaced every 3 months and the brake lights had failed and needed to be replaced. in addition, the windshield wipers failed to operate when activated. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was confirmed that the throttle body had failed and needed to be replaced. no other repairs were completed. the manufacturer was not notified of the problem. the approximate failure mileage was 300.

Tl*the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet equinox. while driving at approximately 10 mph, the passenger side window made a loud popping noise as it shattered; the window was still intact despite shattering. the dealer called the manufacturer who stated that they had no knowledge of such a failure. the vehicle had been repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 12,200. the current mileage was approximately 12,300.
