Recently reported VISIBILITY problems on 2011 Chevrolet Cruze

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 chevrolet cruze. while operating the vehicle, the tire pressure monitoring system would erroneously indicate that the tires were not fully inflated. after inspecting the tires, the contact did not discover a failure. the contact also indicated that the driver side mirror failed to adjust, which impaired the contact's visibility. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failures. the failure mileage was 25,000.

There is knocking noise in the rear of the vehicle. a letter from chevy states that they know there is a problem but they don't know how to fix it. #pic5726 the car has been in the shop 4 times for this starting at about 16,000 miles. i have only had the car for 1.5 months. taking the car back to shop on 1/17/2013 for the heater and a grinding noise when pushing the gas pedal down.

Car during the winter months has a very strong anti-freeze smell inside of cabin when heat is on. noticeable film or fog on window from vents that is hard to clean off. smell bad enough to cause headaches. the vehicle has been to the dealer ship mechanic twice for this incident were the mechanic states nothing is wrong with the vehicle. although the mechanic did agree there was 'some sort' of film on the window. he stated on both occasion that he could not smell anything or find anything wrong with the car. *tr

I have returned my 2011 cruze for electric windows automatically going down and not going back up....3 times replaced...the dealer told me after the third repair it was because of my dog drool...i then duck taped the window buttons on each door in the back where our dog sits and the same thing keeps happening...only this time it begins from the main mechanism on the drivers door which means it is not from our dog....i need help having this fixed.... we also had ignition problems for the same car 2011 cruze...having to have it towed to the dealer and it cost nearly 500.00 to fix...i am hoping to be eligible to get a refund. we to were driving ...when we started the car i could feel the ignition lock and were unable to get the key out...the key actually broke in the ignition...the 2011 is not mentioned in the recall list?? this is the first brand new car i have ever owned and i am extrememely saddened by all of the issues occurred in the first 2/12 years...i hope you will help... Tl* the contact owns a 2011 chevrolet cruze. the contact stated that the vehicle would release antifreeze fumes into the cabin of the vehicle through the vents. the dealer replaced the heater core on more than one occasion, but the failure would recur. the contact left a message with the manufacturer, but had not received a return call. the failure mileage was 12,000 and the current mileage was 14,000. the vin was unavailable.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 chevrolet cruze. the contact stated that while driving approximately 65 mph, the transmission failed to shift and there was an illumination of the engine warning indicator. the vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer for diagnosis, where the technician replaced the faulty transmission. in addition, the driver's side rear view mirror would emit a loud whistling noise whenever the vehicle was in motion. the dealer was in the process of replacing the mirror. there was also a large hole in the air conditioner compressor, which required replacement. the contact also stated that the exterior body paint was peeling near the front passenger side headlight. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. the approximate failure mileage was 64.

While test driving the new 2011 chevy cruze i noticed that the windshield is very small and the rearview mirror blocks the drivers view im and avg 5'6 and i could not see very well at all . when i told the dealer about it i was encouraged to move on top another vehicle if i didn't like it. i feel this its a safety hazard . *tr
